I didn’t receive every product in my order. What should I do?

You’ve made a purchase, but an item is missing? If that’s the case, the seller most likely ran out of keys right during the finalization of your order, which is why you received only a part of it (we delivered the keys that were in stock).

Worry not – If this happens, our system will re-check the seller’s stock again after 6 hours to see if the missing -key can still be delivered to you. If not possible, the undelivered part of your order will be refunded.

If you haven’t received every item in your order and the waiting time would be getting longer than 6 to 7 hours, just let us now know by creating a ticket and we will check that for you!
