My order has just been refunded, what should I know?

Orders made on TURGAME.COM may be refunded for a variety of reasons. Regardless of this, there is no need to worry. It is only a matter of time before you are reimbursed.

It is good to know the following:

1) The time it takes to process a refund depends on the payment method you used. For example, a PayPal wallet refund takes just a few moments to go through, but credit or debit card ones might even take up to 28 business days. It all depends on the security protocols and internal regulations of the payment processing companies.

2) Several payment methods such as Paysafecard, IDEAL, Coingate or mobile payments cannot be refunded directly. In this case your money will be transferred to your TURGAME Wallet.
