My payment is completed, but it’s now stuck on “Verification in progress…”

Once you’ve started your payment, our system still needs to verify and approve it. With that in mind, you might be asked to verify your payment via your phone number using a one-time code.

Sometimes, additional security checks might be needed to approve your payment and make sure that it is fully secure. If this happens, your transaction will be checked manually by one of our security agents.

Our agent will make sure to verify your transaction within a few minutes to 1 hour approximately. If he would need additional information, our agent might make a quick call to you using the phone number that you’ve provided (if you did provide it, of course). Don’t be afraid to pick it up – our agent only wants you to confirm the transaction.
