How can I order?

You can select the product you want to buy by clicking the category of the product you want to buy. You can shop using the Buy Now button.

In multi-product purchases, you can buy the products you want to buy by adding them to the basket. Once you have added your products to your cart, you can proceed to the payment step in the Cart menu.

How do I use the gift card I bought?

Information on how to use gift cards is available in the description section of the products. Click on the details of the product you purchased and follow the instructions on how to use it.

How can I pay?

You can select the product you want to buy by clicking the category of the product you want to buy. You can shop using the Buy Now button.

To pay, click the “Buy Now” button on the product page, open your shopping cart and proceed to checkout by clicking on “Go to Payment”. Next, pick a suitable payment method, fill necessary details in and wait for the payment to be processed.

You can choose the payment method that suits you on the payment page.

What payment methods can I use?

It depends on your region. Generally, TURGAME checkout offers a large variety of global and local payment methods, including well known brands.

My transaction has failed. What should I do?

Why did my payment fail?

There may be various causes. When a transaction is declined by one of the entities taking part in the process —Payment Partners, bank or other — it is usually due to security reasons.

Payment Partners uses an advanced security system, which automatically rejects transactions if it detects anything suspicious. Reasons behind the decline are different in each case.

If the payment fails, there’s no need to worry. Even if any funds are taken, they are always automatically returned.

Note: Refund time depends on the chosen payment method. For example, if you paid with a credit card, it might take longer to process the refund.

What can I do?

First, make sure that:

  • You typed in correct personal details during checkout
  • Your card can be used for international payments (some cards, usually prepaids or gift cards, work only in specific regions/countries)
  • You have not reached the monthly/weekly/daily transaction limit
  • You have enough funds available
  • The “3D Secure” option on your card has not been disabled

You can also:

  • Check if you own the card or account you are using to make the payment
  • Check if data transfer is not blocked or obscured by any active software
  • Use a different device (mobile phone, tablet etc.)
  • Use a registered TURGAME Account with a connected phone number
  • Wait a few days before your next purchase
  • Change your payment method, e.g. PaySafeCard and Skrill
My order is processing. What does that mean?

Status “Processing” means that our system is completing your purchase and assigning a key to your order, so that you can receive it right away.

Most of the times, you will get your key in a matter of a few minutes.

There are some exceptions however:

In some cases, the seller may also have ran out of keys before your purchase was finalized. If this happens, our system will then re-check the TURGAME’s stock again after 6 hours to see if a key can still be delivered to you and, if still not possible, it will refund your order automatically. So no worries! However, if the waiting time would be getting longer than 6 to 7 hours, we suggest that you contact our Support Team by creating a ticket here.

My order status was Incorrect. What should I do?

There are many reasons for this.

  • You must have at least 200K chips in your game account.

My order status was Authentication. What should I do?

For your and our safety, we will request a brief verification from you.

1) Write on a Paper and take photo: nane and surname and TURGAME Order Number: order number.
2) Take a photo of your identity with your name and surname displayed. And Take a photo of the last 4 digits of your credit card.
3) Submit the photos you took by opening a support ticket at
