1. What is Verification Required?

The verification process is done for your and our safety and to prevent credit card fraud. We request verification on orders that get caught in our security filter. Orders from customers who do not verify will be returned. Verification is done only once. No further verification is requested for the orders of the verifying customer.

2.My order status was Authentication. What should I do?

If you have received an authentication email, log in to your turgame.com account and click on the my orders page. Click on the order you need to verify and click the verification button. Provide the required information here and complete the verification process.
